Teachers can teach better when they aren’t worried about losing money or benefits, being laid off, being able to provide supplies, rising class sizes, a good learning environment, and a whole host of other things that teachers’ unions fight for. As a result, they can focus on teaching kids in an environment more conducive to learning, which benefits students. A Good Cartoon.
